Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please get in touch with your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.

After the event, you will receive access to your evaluation and continuing education certificate via a personalized "attendee dashboard" link hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard," you will be able to:

  • Complete session evaluation forms for the event
  • Complete the Overall Conference Evaluation
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

Disability Accommodation

If you require services during the conference, we ask that you email accessibility@saces.org by October 18th. Please also visit the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel website for an exclusive list of accessible hotel features.

Cancellation
A cancellation request must be received via email to conference.registration@saces.org on or before October 31st. No refunds will be processed between October 31 and November 18.  Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. You will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee ($50 for the Student category).

If you are also canceling your presentation, please copy conference.programs@saces.org as well. 
COVID 19 POLICY

Covid 19 Liability Release: SACES cannot guarantee that you, other family members &/or guests (collectively, “you”) will not become infected with COVID- 19 if you attend SACES 2024 and/or interact with any SACES Conference Committee or other guests, visitors or attendees, which could increase the risk of you contracting COVID-19. You acknowledge that you are personally & solely responsible for your own health and will maintain safe practices, such as (without limitation) social distancing, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment & all applicable CDC guidelines recommendations, not only to prevent contracting COVID-19 but also to prevent passing COVID-19 to other parties.
